Mrs. Mary Smith
Program Manager
Professional Working Women
789 S. Oak Street
Atlanta, GA 30310

Dear Mrs. Smith:

Thank you again for the valuable insight you provided after the Working Women Seminar yesterday. You answered several questions for which I had not been able to find answers.

Currently, I am looking for a new opportunity that will allow me to use my skills in health and wellness programs. After attaining a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Wellness, I completed the Nutrition and Wellness Consultant and Weight Management Consultant certifications. My contributions to the health and wellness industry have been significant, as is evidenced by a solid track record of guiding women in their quests to live healthier lives.

Please understand that I am not applying for a position with your company. However, perhaps you may have suggestions about companies who offer rewarding career opportunities. This would enable me to locate an organization that could benefit from my skills and experience.

Enclosed is a copy of my resume. Again, I am simply seeking advice or information that will help me decide in which area I should direct my job search efforts. Please expect my telephone call in the coming week to arrange a brief meeting at a time convenient for you or call me anytime at (404) 555-0789.
